The Transaction Processing is a team that is building up capability within Investment Operations. It is in continuously onboarding new capabilities and processes in to business as usual. As a Senior Transaction Processing specialist, you are mainly responsible for operational, control and reporting activities for NN Group's investment activities. Together with the team, you will responsible together for correct fund/financial administration and quality control in line with administrative procedures, guidelines and relevant regulation and legislation. You will be part of a team that executes specialist operations activities such as payments, settlement, reconciliation, derivatives, collateral management, corporate actions and/or activities related to fund accounting.
Your responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, process and distribute (transaction) data, in a timely, correct, uniform and consistent way
- Execute specialist operations activities such as payments, settlement, reconciliation, derivatives, collateral management, corporate actions and/or activities related to fund accounting
- Active participation in projects and initiatives that contribute to improvements and implementation of new responsibilities within the Transaction Processing Team
- Supporting in an advisory role to Corporate Treasury, Accounting, Cash Management and ensuring alignment between the investment manager and the administrator
- Defines and improves the design of complex instrument flows. Drives cross departmental change

Furthermore you have for the position of Senior Transaction Processing Specialist:
- A HBO Bachelor's degree in finance and/or economics is required
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience at a similar level is necessary
- The successful candidate should have broad knowledge of settlements and payments of Corporate Treasury transactions and financial instruments such as IC loans, derivatives, money market funds, and collateral.
- knowledge of SimCorp Dimension
- Fluency in both English and Dutch would be an advantage
It is important to note that for this position, you need to have a Netherlands residence as well.

You become part of Transaction Processing team, which is part of the Operations Department within the Investment Operations Value stream. Next to Transaction Processing Team, the department consist of the teams; Data Management and Reconciliations with whom you will work closely. You will part of a team of experienced professionals which are working on a daily basis with the Dutch and international NN Insurance entities, Investment Office, Corporate Treasury, Group Risk and Group Finance in order to deliver accurate, consistent, timely and high quality data regarding Assets.
