• Leverage advanced financial analysis and (M&A) modelling skills to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Develop, lead, and execute strategic projects and workstreams within a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the functioning of Business Units and Banking Business Units through detailed financial industry and product-market combination analyses.
• Engage in scenario analysis and deep dives to anticipate and prepare for various potential future business environments and organizational opportunities and threats.
• Develop strategic plans seamlessly aligned with our overarching mission, vision, and objectives.
• Continually refine and enhance our strategic approach through iterative cycles of development, deployment, and execution, ensuring adaptability to meet evolving business challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market and industry research to identify opportunities, risks, and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and financial goals.

• Academic degree with expertise in the Financial Services sector and/or strategy consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience for the medior role and a minimum of 2 years of experience if you are interested in the junior role. Proven experience in developing company or product strategies within a Financial Services context.
